This part time role (24 month contract) is ideal for a process driven, detail orientated candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate will have the benefit of working in a hybrid set up where working from home and in the office is part of the role. You will partner closely with the relevant HR and Finance Teams.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Support with monthly coordination and preparation of payroll and benefit data for all regionsPension Scheme and Health Insurance Plan administrationStatutory reporting on ROSPreparation of accurate and timely payroll-related reports for use throughout the companyDealing with day to day queries on employee payroll and benefit related issuesMaintain system data accuracy through monthly checksWork with Global HR Ops on any group projects for continuous improvement of systemsLiaise with HR Business Partners and Business Managers regarding Payroll issues/queriesTake ownership of statutory Pension Auto Enrollment process (from 2025)Profile key requirements 2 - 3 years of payroll experienceMust have experience of Intelligo Megapay and Report Writer would be an advantageExcellent knowledge of PAYE, USC, PRSI, BIK, ROS, Defined Contribution Pension schemesExperience of working in fast paced dynamic environmentStrong working knowledge of Excel is essentialHigh levels of data accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, discretion and sense of responsibilityIPASS Qualification would be an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and work within deadlinesAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
