We are on the hunt for a HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease Unit.
This unique role offers the opportunity to provide HR guidance and support to Leaders & Managers in Operations in Athlone and Dublin.
Join us and explore rare opportunities in the forefront of biomedical science!You will be responsible for:As a HR Business Partner, you will support business leaders in delivering their people strategy by ensuring correct structure and resources, with a strong focus on building a diverse Leadership Pipeline.You will craft and implement Talent Management and People Development plans, and Performance Management practices.You will lead Culture and employee engagement initiatives, listening to Employees and driving a positive employee experience, creating a great place to work.Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Total Rewards colleagues, you will address business needs and ensure alignment with global Human Resources initiatives and goals.You will coach Leaders and People Managers on both business and organisation-related challenges, acting as an Advisor to the Senior Leaders.You will resolve local employee relations issues, identify trends, opportunities and ongoing employee concerns and engagement issues, and resolve underlying issues.Delivery of HR projects, both local and global, supporting ongoing harmonization iniatives.You will need to have:10 years of experience as an HR business partner ideally within global pharmaceutical and/or commercial/manufacturing in matrix organizations.Experience in supporting multiple functions.Experience of supporting business change, integration and harmonization.Strong project management skills; able to demonstrate experience of managing HR projects through a complete life cycleStrong listening, influencing, and coaching skills.We would prefer for you to have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , business administration, organizational development, or a related degree requiredDate Posted11-Jul-2024Closing Date30-Aug-2024Our mission is to build an inclusive and equitable environment.
