We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to join a client's HR & Finance Technology and Operating Model transformation program.
You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with one to two days on-site in Belfast.
This role demands strong HR functional knowledge, extensive experience in technology transformation, and a successful track record in project and change management.
The Position The Business Transformation Partner will act as the "2-in-the-box" partner to the project director for the HR workstream, critical in supporting and driving the HR plan throughout the transformation process. This role requires an individual with strong HR functional knowledge, extensive experience in technology transformation, and a proven track record in project and change management.
Key responsibilities include: Coaching & Support: Provide coaching and support to the HR Workstream Project Director across all aspects of the end-to-end transformation process, including developing the Programme Senior Leadership Team.Core Design Phase Support: Deliver leading practice insights in key areas such as transformation processes, HR functional knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration between Finance and HR, including Strategic Workforce Planning.Develop collateral and materials for the HR workstream.Oversee the quality of deliverables produced by the HR team, ensuring that they meet the defined acceptance criteria and undergo thorough quality review before submission to the central PMO.Co-designed and actively participated in key program workshops as the Business Transformation Partner.Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide advice and support to the HR project team of 12 members.Lead change management and engagement efforts within the workstream, ensuring alignment and collaboration with senior departmental and HR stakeholders and working groups within the civil service.Project Management: Proactively drive the project workstream following the project plan.Support the client Project Director in identifying, escalating, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies within the program governance framework.Program Contribution: Contribute proactively to the overall program team.Support the Programme Director in managing the engagement between the program team, partner sponsors, and client sponsors.The Person Strong HR functional knowledge.Proven experience in technology transformation, with a focus on the impact of operating model changes.Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-year transformation initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement and communication.Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership in large-scale transformation programs.To discover more, contact Sinead Connolly in HRM Search Partners on +353 87 4672251 or click to apply. *Please note visa sponsorship is not available and applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland*
