We are currently recruiting anexperienced HR Business Partner,to be part of our client's HR team in North Dublin.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will leverage best-in-class HR practices to continually construct, deliver, and support programs that establish the company as an employer of choice while empowering all employees at all levels of the organisation.
Note: This is an on-site position. Role and Responsibilities Serve as a HR Partner to business leaders and their organisations at AbbVie North Dublin, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions.Assist the Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influence and drive the needs of the respective business.Partnering with people leaders to shape our culture of high employee engagement, high performance and, diversity and inclusion.Coach business leaders on HR practices to enhance talent pipeline development and retention; increase organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.Utilize skills in data analysis and survey results analysis to help generate insights around talent, culture and engagement.In partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, implement HR programs to support People Strategy & Organizational Goals around organizational effectiveness, change management, enhancing an inclusive culture.Provide guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, employee discipline, and performance.Ensure all applicable legal requirements are met and works closely with Legal counsel on all situations which pose a litigation risk or other liability.Work with HR Operations and business leaders to ensure appropriate employee documentation, changes to employees' status, pay and benefits, annual performance appraisal process, employee relations investigations, employee discipline, and employee terminations to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.Prepare monthly HR metrics relating to areas of responsibility to management and division as required.Conduct all aspects of the job with appropriate level of confidentiality and sensitivity to employee and organizational data and not disclosing confidential information.QualificationsA relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area.6-8 years Business HR Partneringexperience withexperience of one other HR specialization.Strong knowledge of employment law in IrelandYou should have a passion for people with a strong business acumen and enjoy working in a fast paced and often demanding organization which rewards strong performance.
