The role: The HRIS Implementation Assistant (Fixed Term, 6-month contract) will assist in the setup and roll-out of a new Human Resources Information System / Time and Attendance system across Vitalograph globally.
Duties/responsibilities: The HRIS Implementation Assistant will support the Senior Manager - Human Resources (HRIS Project Manager) and the HRIS project implementation team in the planning, set up and roll out of the HiBob HRIS / Time and Attendance system.
This will involve the following tasks: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing HRIS installation, configuration, and user training.
Auditing and compiling data and documentation from existing systems Digitising manual records Uploading of data, records and documentation to the system Configuration of forms, rules and processes Developing policies and SOPs to aid the ongoing rollout of this project Support in the development of training materials and content Assist with User Acceptance Test (UAT) prior to Go Live Required Skills/Abilities Hands on experience with databases/ and other software systems Strong administration skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines Education and Experience: Minimum of 1 Year's experience in an administration or related role Experience in the planning and implementation of an HRIS or similar system Degree in Business / HR or another related area.
