Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a HSE Lead for our client, based in Dublin.
This is a permanent job Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Adhere to relevant EHS related statutory provisions & legislation.Implement and uphold the HSEQ management system.Lead the HSE team members under your control.Conduct regular site audits, document findings, & oversee corrective actions.Investigate incidents promptly, report findings, & ensure preventive measures are in place.Coordinate environmental initiatives, waste reduction programs, & sustainability efforts.Collaborate closely with project management on HSE matters, ensuring best practices.Facilitate training & induction programs, ensuring compliance with PPE & safety protocols.Ensure the project supply chain are prequalified, monitored & adhere to project HSE policies & procedures.Liaise with relevant third parties such as Client & CMT representatives. What are we looking for? 3rd level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.5+ years' experience of being a HSE Lead or Senior HSE Person on construction sites.Strong knowledge of current HSE related legislation & regulations in Ireland.Key skills: Leadership, Communication, IT Skills.Desirable: Electrical or Engineering background or have worked for M&E companies.Previous experience of working on Pharmaceutical projects.If you are interested in this role, please send your CV in word format to Patricia.
