Hseq Manager

What You Need to Know: Matrix Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSEQ Manager to join our engineering client based in Kildare.

This is a permanent role.
The company offers a hybrid working model.

What You Will Be Doing: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSEQ system and policies.Ensure compliance with all safety legislation and maintain up-to-date documentation.Monitor safety performance, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and implement emergency procedures.Deliver safety training and increase awareness through staff briefings.Investigate accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, providing detailed reports.Provide regular analysis and reports to senior management.Promote client relationships and a customer-focused approach to safety. What We Are Looking For: 4-5 years'+ experience in a similar HSEQ management role.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and research capabilities.Experience in high-pressure environments with a proactive problem-solving approach.Proficiency in IT and familiarity with HSEQ systems.Apply for this job now or get in touch with Patricia at ****** to find out more about this new job opportunity.
