FT's ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead our accredited systems including Quality (ISO9001), Environment (ISO14001), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) management and Achilles within the company.Maintain and develop the company Quality Management System.Maintain and develop the company Environmental Management System.Maintain and develop the company Occupational Health and Safety System.Carry out internal audits on all projects on a regular basis.Prepare company for external audits and coordinate actions as required.Prepare monthly management reports and annual management review.Coordinate internal Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety meetings.Support QEHS initiatives.Skills / QualificationsLevel 7 or 8 in Quality Management and/or Occupational Health and Safety preferableMinimum of 2 years relevant experienceWorking knowledge of ISO 9001:2015Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 preferableExperience in preparing for and undertaking ISO auditsProficient in Microsoft Office Adobe PDF with strong, accurate typing skills in Microsoft WordExperience in using Microsoft PowerPointHigh-energy individual with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detailExcellent communication (both verbal and written)Capable of working both as part of a team and on own initiativeExcellent interpersonal skillsAn attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate including shorter working Friday, medical benefit and professional body support.
