Role Responsibilities:Team LeadershipSupervise, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives within allocated region.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, strategies, and goals.Provide mentorship and support for skill development, including product knowledge and sales techniques.Conduct field visits to meet clients alongside team members.Carpool, providing pick-up/drop-off to team members as required.Sales Coaching & TrainingProvide ongoing sales training to develop the team's selling skills and knowledge of products/services.Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual performance issues.Organise training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with new products, services, or market changes.SalesMeet your own individual daily/weekly sales targets.Required Experience & Competencies:Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment.Experience in leading a team in a performance managed environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual customers.Accountability for performance and personal ownership of corrective measures.Belief in the importance of the customer and willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations.Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities.Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance.Previous field sales/door-to-door or customer facing sales experience.Ability to deliver results consistently.Results driven.Resilient.Self-motivated.Full clean drivers license desirable but not essential.Additional Benefits:Long Term Incentive Bonus Scheme.Employee Referral Scheme – earn €1000 per referral.21 days Annual Leave (Increasing with years' service).10 Paid Bank Holidays.Employee Assistance Program.Companywide recognition awards.Company Trips.Discounted Health Insurance and access to company pension provider.Regular Company events and activities.Product Discounts.Bike to Work Scheme.TaxSaver Scheme – discounted travel tickets.€32,000 salary + uncapped commission.Company Van.Package on offerOn Target Earnings = €50,000+ with Uncapped, Unlimited, Commission Structure.
