Human Resources Business Partner- Hybrid (Dublin)Ergo is the largest privately-owned IT services provider in Ireland. With companies spread across 6 countries, Ergo has a diverse workforce of just over 700, each with their own goals, needs, and personalities.
We are seeking a HR Business Partner for a permanent role based in Dublin (hybrid).
The successful candidate will work closely with the business and their assigned Leadership Teams to develop and implement an HR agenda that supports Ergo's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing structures, HR practices, and programs to drive the change agenda and enable sustainable scaling and performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Be a trusted partner to senior leadership and their management teams, establishing and maintaining strong relationships across the business.Build leader and manager capability through trust-based relationships, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.Drive performance management and performance review cycle processes across the business.Customize, enhance, implement, and execute talent management and succession planning processes.Analyse and leverage employee data, providing insights to business leaders on key strengths, issues/risks, and improvement areas.Support ongoing organisational growth by promoting the value of diversity and identifying development pathways.Partner with business area leaders to ensure learning needs are met.Partner with leaders on organisation design and resource planning.Respond to manager and employee questions, providing support and advice.Collaborate with P&C team colleagues on strategic functional priorities and business-wide initiatives.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.Education, Qualification and Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years HR experience.CIPD qualified and/or third level qualification.Prior HRBP experience.Superb communication skills, flexing your style depending on your audience.Ability to problem solve both operational and strategic issues.Empathetic and effective at influencing a range of stakeholders.Self-directed and comfortable making evidence-based, data-driven decisions.Strong sense of accountability and co-ownership of challenges.Able to pivot from the strategic to the operational.Committed to maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.Why work with us?
