Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:Oversee the recruitment function for both internal and external positions, utilising our recruitment system – OccupopWork with our Marketing Team to design and create recruitment campaignsAttend and represent The K Club at both internal and external recruitment fairsAssist with the management of the internal social events and activities calendarMaintain employee compliance standards for the Hotel, keeping up to date with ongoing changes to Irish Employment LawProvide support with employment relation issues, including the investigation and disciplinary process when necessaryOversee the fortnightly payroll process, providing support to the finance teamProvide support with staff uniform managementAssist with the training function, including carrying out training programmes such as Staff Induction TrainingGenerate monthly reports as requiredMaintain all employee HR records, ensuring compliance and efficient file managementEnsure that all team members receive the support and guidance required to facilitate the hotel being a positive and safe working environment full of opportunity for personal growth and developmentReview, update, and create employee policies in line with Company practice and communicate policies to managementAssist with day-to-day operations of the HR DepartmentBe a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.This is how we see you:Prior experience in a HR Management positionExperience working within the hospitality sector is advantageousExperience/qualifications in Human ResourcesA proactive manager with the ability to develop and build relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA confident team player who will strive to make their mark with team members and candidates alikeWhat's on offer?A monthly service charge paymentOngoing investment in your personal development with access to internal and external training programmesFantastic opportunities to progress your careerMonthly recognition programmeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSocial eventsBike to Work SchemeUniform and dry cleaningHot meals while on dutyDiscounts on stays at the resort and on Food & Beverage for you and your family and friendsPlease note that all applications and CV's submitted for a role at The K Club will be kept on file for a period of 12 months.
