HVAC / Refrigeration Technician - M&E Contractor - Tallaght, Co DublinOffice/Project Location: Tallaght, Co DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Site Based Pay: €50k - €70k per yearExperience: 5+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client offers a full range full range of Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Services including Engineering, Project Management, Design & Build, Construction, Asset Management, PPM, 24/7 reactive maintenance and validation.Maintaining and Servicing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipmentDiagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systemsFault finding in all aspects of HVAC plantCarry out in maintenance and repair of HVAC plant to include Single Splits, VRV systems, chillers, air handling units and ventilation systems.Experience in boilers and general boiler house plant would be advantageous but not essential.Exercise judgment in developing plans or suggestion and work with teams to assure quality plans.Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.RequirementsTime served Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineer with a minimum of FETAC Level 6 complete with F-Gas registration.Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspectsAbility to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.Hospital environment experience would be an advantage but not essential.Excellent Communication skillsFull clean driver's licence requiredAbility to work on own and as well as part of a team.PackageSalary €50K-€70K depending on experienceFully expensed van / company carPensionYearly bonus
