What will you be responsible for? Selling our products over the phone to new customers and retain our existing customers Follow up on potential clients and outbound sales To meet and exceed your assigned sales and call quality targets Support the day-to-day activities of the team Offer advice on the insurance products we offer in accordance with regulation What skills & experience will you need? Expert communication skills, both verbal and written Proven track record in meeting targets and working in a busy environment Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills The ability to work as part of a team Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care Minimum requirements: Leaving Cert or mature student Why work with 123.ie? We offer a starting salary of €26,500 and with an excellent commission structure, you can expect to earn upwards of €37,500. Base salary works off a progression model giving you the opportunity to increase your salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification.
Your base salary will increase to €28,500 once you have attained an APA qualification.
Further to this, your salary will increase to €31,500 once you have attained your CIP qualification. All employees may be eligible for the company-wide annual salary increase, dependent on company and employee performance. 25 paid annual leave days, plus 2 company days and the option to purchase a further 5 annual leave days per annum. While the role is based in Dundrum, this will be a hybrid role where there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and in the office.
