Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hydrogeologist to join our team in Ireland.You will conduct hydrogeological assessments, manage groundwater resources, and support environmental impact studies.Key Responsibilities: Conduct groundwater investigations, sampling, and data analysis.Develop and manage groundwater monitoring programs.Assess impacts of developments on groundwater.Design and supervise monitoring well installations.Prepare technical reports and interpret hydrogeological data.Use modeling software to simulate groundwater flow and contaminant transport.Provide groundwater management and remediation advice.Collaborate on environmental impact assessments and risk assessments.Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.Perform fieldwork and adhere to health and safety protocols.Qualifications: Degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.Professional experience in hydrogeology.Proficiency in hydrogeological software (e.g., MODFLOW, GMS).
Experience with GIS and data analysis.Strong report writing and communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Full driving license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.Salary: Competitive Sector: Civil & Structural Engineering Contract Type: Permanent Town/City: Dublin
