Quality Manager (Commercial Development) Dublin City (site-based) €85k++ Package Our client, a tier-1 main contractor, are seeking an experiencedQuality Managerto join their team.
This is asite-based role, where youll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, managing compliance with BCAR, and driving continuous improvement on large-scale, high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintainISO standardsand conduct audits as required.
Investigate and resolvenon-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are effective.
Develop and maintainquality plans, manuals, and documentation.
Ensure site records and photographs are managed on digital platforms.
Manage theBCAR processand oversee quality compliance on-site.
Attend and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and certifiers.
Conduct walkthrough inspections to identify and resolve quality concerns.
Collaborate with the Design Manager on product and technical submittals.
Support team training and promote a culture of quality.
Requirements: Degreein a construction-related discipline.
5+ years experiencein a similar role.
Strong understanding ofBCARand regulatory standards.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Collaborative and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
