Role Summary: The Investigator Meeting Project Specialist is responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers providing products and services relating to sponsor and company events globally.
The Investigator Meeting is a crucial component for the success of the study.
The IM function acts as a HUB coordinating all of the interactions between the internal stakeholders (PM Group), external stakeholders (sponsors) & preferred event planner suppliers.
Responsibilities: He/she must effectively support internal and external client event programs and deliver outstanding service to the internal/external stakeholder's specification.
They must achieve targeted process improvements over the IM & Event function.
The job holder will need to maintain up to date knowledge of internal administrative processes, liaising with procurement & finance regularly in raising requisitions and delivering timely PO's.
He/She must assist the PM group with the end to end IM process ensuring the PM receives valued support throughout the IM journey & post event reconciliation guidance.
In addition implement and coordinate function initiatives which facilitate improved operational effectiveness.
They must adhere to a high standard of communication to both internal & external clients & use professionalism & discretion at all times.
With particular attention to any sponsor interactions.
Requirements: 3rd level qualification/diploma or degree.
Corporate conference and events organizer background.
Brilliant communication skills with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with other teams at ICON and our clients.
Able to work office-based in Dublin 18 area (Leopardstown).
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
