DescriptionRole: ICT Change Management Specialist/Communications (Intermediate)
This role will be on Hybrid role Onsite: 50/50 split.
Key ResponsibilitiesRole criteria: Intermediate Resources4-6 years of substantial professional experience in their specialised field.A trusted performer on a wide range of client-facing consultancy projects in either the private and public sectors.Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary teams and to work independently (with limited supervision).Performs professional level analysis requiring technical skills and independent initiative within a well-defined programme of work.Senior team leader with the ability to deputise for the senior responsible person and coach and mentor more junior staff.Contacts with clients predominantly at a working level. Can engage with clients at strategic/management level if required. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseLeading Change Streams - Experience being responsible and accountable for their client-facing organisational Change activity.Professional Services - Has worked in consultancy and delivered a wide range of client-facing projects.Public/Private - Has delivered both public and private sector engagements.Coaching & Mentoring - Has been able to mentor more junior consultants or change/comms staff in their role.Client engagement at all levels - Must be able to engage at the working level right up to senior management.Must have at least 4 years exp in a change manager/change agent/comms role. SkillsPeople focused - Must be a people person, can get buy in fast, wins trust.Facilitation - Can manage a room, knows how to brainstorm, define problems.Analytical - Can review data and extract insight so It can be turned into actions.Process driven - Is geared towards making businesses perform better through enhanced process.Confident Speaker - Must be able to stand up in a room and deliver key messages with confidence.Next level communicator - This person must be a top-class communicator, someone that you would believe what they are 'selling'.
