About the team: Fragomen in Dublin is an immigration consultancy with an enthusiastic team of professionals with extensive experience in Irish immigration and best practices. We provide the full suite of Irish immigration support to some of the biggest employers in the country and the world across multiple industries, as well as providing support to private individuals as well. We are a committed, passionate and diverse team. Everyone on the team has a keen interest in immigration, making it a priority to have up to date and accurate knowledge in the fast-paced field of immigration, and to use that knowledge to provide a first class immigration service experience.

About the role:
Our Consultants are responsible for managing the day-to-day casework of various Irish immigration matters, from case assessment to reviewing and filing applications, as well as providing advice to clients. While experience in immigration is desirable, we will provide full training for the right candidates. Other key responsibilities will include:

Immigration Case Work A key point of contact for a range of assignees and clients, managing their case from initial enquiry through to resolution. Preparing and drafting employment permit applications, entry visa and a broader array of immigration applications for Fragomen's multinational clients under supervision of the Manager. Troubleshooting and establishing case strategy with the Manager and ensuring work is reviewed and signed off at key benchmark stages. Client Support Communicate with relevant stakeholders (assignee and HR teams) regarding process and case updates. Provide process overviews and regular updates on current business developments as well as engaging in strategy discussions around upcoming projects and best practices with Global Mobility Leads and Human Resources contacts (may involve travelling onsite to client offices on occasion). Use a high level of attention to detail at every step to ensure correspondence is clear, concise, and appropriate to the audience, keeping in mind client style. Team Support Delegate work through software management tools. Analyse case management data to establish best practices and identify pitfalls in current management software to improve and develop protocols and process flows. Take ownership of client reporting. Assist with office-wide projects. Support the training of new team members as required. About you: Immigration experience is desirable, but training will be provided! The ideal person for this role will be a self-starter with a background in a busy client facing role with excellent organisational skills.
