General Scope for the Role
This is an exciting role which gives the successful candidate the opportunity to interact with our customers on varied projects globally.
The role involves implementing the AIMS product for Quest's clients. The initial training period will be with our experienced implementation team on actual project rollouts. The successful candidate will then work on a variety of projects, as either part of a team or lead smaller implementations.
There is great potential for learning and growth in this position with transition to a support role possible after the initial training period. Over time experienced Implementation consultants take on significant Pre-Sales and Project Management responsibilities.
Responsibilities for ImplementationConfigure AIMS to meet clients requirementsRe-configure new schemes / changes in existing clientsClient consulting and adviceClient training and coachingProduce project specific documentationSpecify change control requirementsIdentify and report any issues in AIMSHave regular update meetings internally and with clientsSome travel to customer sites will be required (Europe and Asia)Respond to issues raised by clients through our ticketing system during the implementationProvide assistance to support staff in diagnosing and rectifying issuesMandatory Skills & Experience3rd level qualification in IT or related fieldAbility to organise their own work and drive customer work when neededExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detail and ability to drive tasks through to completionMust be a team playerGood understanding of databases, SQL and Web-based technologiesGood presentation skillsDesirable Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role an advantageDutch or German language skillsExperience in a customer-facing roleAPPLY NOW
