What you'll achieveAs an Implementation Specialist, you will be part of our highly successful deployment team, demonstrating how the system works to clients and answering questions relating to implementation. You will also be required to install the Swiftqueue platform and ensure the clients are satisfied with the purchase. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will: Meet with clients following the sale of the Swiftqueue platform to collect data and other information required to customize software systemsCreate a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of the customized Swiftqueue systemCommunicate with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approvalConfigure the platform based on clients' individual needs and specificationsEducate clients on how to use Swiftqueue and customized system featuresCreate a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations madeInvestigate challenges that arise for the customer when using the system and communicate with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues that arise.Take the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus, life flows through our software.
