Now let us tell you about the role: Panda Recycling is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Agent/ Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative/Agent, you will play a key role in attracting new business, converting inbound sales, and winning back customers. This position requires both inbound and outbound sales experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities Handle both inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and efficiently.Work towards individual and team sales targets.Utilise MS Office tools effectively to manage customer data, sales leads, and reports.Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.Proactively engage with potential customers to promote Panda Recycling's services.Implement strategies to win back former customers and ensure customer satisfaction.Continuously seek opportunities for business development and growth.Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques and strategies.Ability to commute or willingness to relocate to Millennium Park.Solid outbound sales experience (Cold calling).Excellent English language skillsAbout Us
