About the Role:
As an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Advisor you will be the representative for Pitman Training in Galway within ICE Group, the Pioneers of the 4 Day Work Week.
Within this role you will be responsible for driving course enrolments, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Your role will blend relationship-building, innovative marketing and hands on guidance to empower students on their learning journey!
Job Responsibilities: Achieve Sales and Profitability by Promoting Pitman Training Courses.Dealing with Customer Queries/ Leads, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost student engagement.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase course enrolment.Maintain accurate records of course bookings, payments and student information.Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful course completion.Skills and Experience: 3rd Level Qualification in Sales, Business or Marketing.Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience is advantageous.Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organisational Skills.Why Work with Us?
