We're seeking a dedicated Information Security Analyst to join our Security & Resilience team within the COO function at AXA Ireland.
If you are passionate about Security and possess the skills and experience, we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and reporting on Security services and solutions in alignment with business objectives and agreed service levels.
Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with IT teams across AXA to assess risks and develop practical solutions within the AXA Ireland risk appetite, ensuring secure and efficient outcomes.At AXA, diversity and inclusion means empowering people to be 100% themselves at work.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, from our AXA Head Office, Dublin.The main responsibilities will involve:• Lead and deliver Security projects, enhancing controls and addressing new risks within established timelines and budgets.• Provide expert consultancy on security aspects related to business goals and projects.• Develop secure solutions with measurable metrics and transition them into a supportable business as Usual state.• Contribute to risk assessments of Group and 3rd party tools and platforms as necessary.• Offer technical consultancy on 3rd party risk for specific solutions.• Act as a subject matter expert for the business and other members of the Security team.• Proactively research new threats to the business and propose effective solutions.• Ensure compliance with AXA Security Policies and drive a net positive impact on controls and risk posture for AXA Ireland through new technology builds.• Prepare and deliver oral and written reports to the Head of Security and key senior managers as needed.• Collaborate with the Security team on process redevelopment to streamline and enhance information security processes.Your Profile• 5+ years of experience in an Information Security environment with a degree level education or equivalent.• Relevant professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, MIISP are desirable but not required.• Strong project management skills.• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Knowledge of PCI/DSS is extremely beneficial.• Desirable skills in ITIL, Cloud Security, Coding and Scripting, Application Security, Big Data, Architecture, and Networking.• Understanding of key information requirements affecting the IT environment.• Disciplined and organized with a keen attention to detail along with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a demanding workload with tight deadlines.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.• Good analytical skills and the ability to identify key issues clearly.• A strong customer focus to ensure internal stakeholder needs are met.As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.This recruitment campaign will be used to support permanent, temporary and/or extension for any upcoming similar positions.
