Information Security Compliance Lead

Our client, a leading utilities company, is looking for an Information Security Compliance Lead to join their team. The right candidate should have experience in a comparable organization and experience in NIST, NIS2, and NISD, have the ability to effectively lead a team, and have a thorough understanding of GRC and carrying out risk assessments.
Responsibilities: Expert knowledge of information security laws, regulations, and industry standards such as NIST and NISD.Communicate regulatory requirements effectively to stakeholders.Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between legal, compliance, and security needs.Maintain and update information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in water, utilities, or related industries preferred.Ability to develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Proven track record in handling complex issues and communicating effectively.Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and implementing solutions.Demonstrated adaptability and proactive approach to improvement.If you're a passionate, driven, and experienced professional, we want to hear from you!
