Information Security Manager

Information Security Manager – Hybrid Role We are recruiting for an experienced Information Security Manager on behalf of one of our clients, an established wealth management company. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and managing the information security strategies, policies, and frameworks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to safeguard the organisation's digital assets, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead the response to any security incidents.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies.Identify, assess, and manage information security risks, including incident response planning.Lead security audits and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.Drive the organisation's security awareness programs, fostering a culture of security.Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent security practices.Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in information security or related fields, with a focus on risk management.Experience developing and implementing security strategies within corporate environments.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially at the executive level.Relevant certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.This is a hybrid position, offering a competitive salary and a chance to work in a dynamic environment.
