An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Insurtech client who are expanding their team with a DLP Security Information Officer opportunity.
The position is ideally suited to you if you have 5+ years' experience within a similar position; consulting experience is advantageous.

This position operates on a 4 day from home, 1 day on site policy per week. Responsibilities: Deliver Expertise in Information Security Domains: Execute and lead activities in at least two areas, such as ISMS, ISRM, IS Audit & Compliance, or Security Culture & Awareness, ensuring robust security practices across the organization.Drive Global Information Security Programs: Initiate, lead, or support the implementation of global IS initiatives, promoting compliance with regulatory standards, Group-wide policies, and industry best practices.Provide Strategic Information Security Consulting: Act as a liaison with stakeholders (e.g., IT and safeguarding functions), offering expert consulting and fostering collaboration to address security challenges.Enhance Data Security and DLP Functionality: Oversee Data Security and Data Leakage Prevention initiatives, monitor adoption of DLP solutions, and lead projects to enhance DLP capabilities in shared services.Requirements: Information Security Expertise: Demonstrated experience in information security, including DLP, information classification, cloud technologies, and familiarity with IT security standards such as ISO270xx and COBIT5/2019.
Certifications like CISM, CISA, or CISSP are advantageous.Process Improvement & Security Controls: Proven ability to establish or enhance security processes and implement effective security controls within complex enterprise environments.Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Methodology: Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives, complemented by strong project management skills and an agile mindset.Independence & Decision-Making: An ability to hit the ground running and utilize previous experience to implement further improvements to the delivery function.If the above position is of interest, click the APPLY button to direct a copy of your CV to ******.
