The ISO will directly report to the Local Head of Branch and Regional ISO. The Information Security Officer supervises and supports the determination and implementation of Information Security governance and its related guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ISO's responsibilities include:
Enforce information security (including controls) to ensure compliance with the Allianz SE Group and Technology Information Security FrameworksPerform Risks assessments (internal processes, supplier management)Advise Allianz Technology employees in all information security related mattersManage and/or raise to Allianz Technology ISO central team, all issues pertaining to information securitySupport of the annual compliance reporting process for their area of responsibility and ensuring timely delivery of resultsCommunicate applicable corporate rules relevant to information security in their area of responsibilityCoordinate information security-related activities of their area of responsibility and provide information as necessary to relevant control functions.Report risks and actions to Local Executive BodyMinimum Requirements Fluency in EnglishVery good knowledge in Information Security GovernanceExperienced in conducting risk assessmentsExperienced in process design and improvement, change managementExperienced in Security frameworksApplying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting, communication and collaboration skills with autonomyAbility to communicate and explain the context of need for control, regulations etc. and the benefits of taking actionDesired Requirements Methodical and structured approachInfoSec certification (international / local) is a plusProven experience of using the COBIT control framework is a plus39509 | IT & Tech Engineering | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent
