Information Technology Support Engineer

Ergo have an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will join an established MSP providing remote technical support to clients on the Microsoft365 stack.
This is a hybrid role based in the Sandyford office with a client renowned for their training initiatives and career growth.
The ideal candidate would have experience in Network infrastructure, Server Administration, and Office 365 as well as a solid understanding of on-premise technology and hardware installation.
What will you do? Provide remote technical support to clientsBuild PCs and LaptopsConduct "health checks" on existing IT systemsSystems administration using Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and AzureImplement and monitor Network infrastructureManage IT security / FirewallsManage Backup systems and Disaster RecoveryMobile Device Management and MFA using IntuneWhat do you need? Previous experience in a similar role - Field Engineer, Systems Engineer, Systems AdministratorExperience in some or all of Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Azure, Backups, DR, AVD, Intune, Sophos firewalls and AV, Datto (Backup, DR), Unifi (access points, switches), HP hardware supplied.Own transport and Driver's License an advantageExperience in M365, Azure, Active Directory and Network SupportProfessional certifications a real advantage (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA)
