Inhouse Legal Executive

Our client, an Aviation Company, are currently seeking a Legal Executive to join their fast-paced team.
This Irish founded company, operating for over 30 years, have offices across three continents.
They have had enormous success operating and leasing their own fleet and are extremely well regarded for their asset management solutions.
This is very exciting opportunity for a career Paralegal / Legal Executive to join an exceptional firm.
You will work alongside a team of Solicitors and one other Legal Executive with a busy workload of complex transactions.
Please note: this role will not suit candidates sitting or with plans to sit FE1 exams.
Amazing Benefits: 10% Performance Bonus 12% Employer Pension Contribution €3000 Discretionary Benefit Allowance (Can be used for Healthcare, Parking etc) Flexible working hours Hybrid working, 3 days in the office ( Mon, Tue & Wed onsite) Key Duties: Working with inhouse Lawyers to manage all phases of transactions including due diligence, documentation, structuring and closing.
Adhering to timelines for documentation, maintaining filing system and ensuring all documentation is stored and distributed efficiently.
CRO filings.
Production of Bibles of Documentation.
Updating of project trackers, and carrying out project research.
Drafting transaction documents and incorporating updates and changes as advised by Lawyers.
Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Executive / Paralegal in Financial Services / Aviation Finance environment.
Third Level qualification, ideally in Law or Business.
Interest in and ideally some working knowledge of aviation law.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage a busy workload and balance multiple competing priorities.
