Inside Sales Representative / Dublin 24 Our client is a global distributor growing from strength to strength. Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their fantastic team. Interact with existing customers, primarily by phone and email to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services by obtaining and up-selling orders. Customer satisfaction and buying experience is key. The role offers a career journey in a great environment. Salary: €40K-€45K plus 10% bonus and benefits.
The Role: Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfilment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customers' buying history. With guidance, owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts. Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders or determine the reason for loss of order. Reviews open customer order reports and acts on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting the customer's promised delivery date. Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification. Reports industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management. The Candidate: 3rd level degree desired but not essential. Preferred sales, sales admin, and customer service experience. MS Office skills. Team player with excellent communication skills required. Very capable of building relationships and managing existing accounts. Strong capability of resolving issues and finding solutions. Enjoys working in a busy and fun environment and has the ability to work independently.
