Keeper is hiring a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our high producing EMEA sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role At Keeper, the Inside Sales Account Representatives are responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical. This is a quota carrying and revenue generating position that reports to our Manager of Inside Sales. This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period. You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilise Keeper as a trusted resource.
Responsibilities Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with the opportunity to grow as our organisation growsTarget new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emailsManage full sales cycleBalance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basisEnsure all customers are on an active Keeper contractBuild and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scopeAct as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and informed of changes, updates, and new productsParticipate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleaguesDevelop relationships with prospect customer contactsUtilise additional sales resources to target and identify new business targetsLeverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activityFacilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunitiesMinimum Requirements 3+ years of software sales experienceExperience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management)An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organisationsSalesforce experienceWeb-conference demo experienceA track record of exceeding sales quotasA positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organisedDeadline and detail orientedExperience managing full sales cyclePreferred Bachelor's degreeCybersecurity experienceExperience or knowledge of the Information Security industry is highly desiredExcellent problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programsExperience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desiredBenefits Onsite lunchesPrivate healthcare (no wait period)Pension contribution (no wait period)Sick PayBike-to-Work Scheme (if local)Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
