Installation Scheduler

Exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation supplying and installing EV chargers in the private, public, and commercial markets.

In this busy, varied role, you will work as part of a close-knit team to coordinate the installation and maintenance of EV chargers for domestic customers. A large part of the role is the management of timely scheduling of our service callouts. Working closely with the customer to coordinate suitable installation times, you will be responsible for scheduling both ePower employees and a team of our trusted electrical subcontractors to fulfil the work.

Our Installation Coordinators remain the key point of contact across the customer experience, from scheduling and issue resolution to system performance testing post-install.
ExperienceDegree level qualification in Business.

1 year experience in an admin/customer service role.

Ability to organise and prioritise work.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
