Installations Administrator & Service Sales / Dublin 22

Our client is seeking a Installations Administrator & Service Sales to join and support the team. Salary: €38K – €40K.

The Role:

Ensuring equipment has been delivered on site Arranging logistics for machine deliver to site or warehouse – liaising with group and 3rd parties factories Scheduling engineers to installations Co-ordinating installations work with customers and sales reps Preparing and submitting health and safety documentation which can vary site to site Ensuring completion of acceptance forms and operation manuals Working with finance team to provide detail of what can be invoiced to customers Managing warranty claims by customers – managing warranty claims with group factories and 3rd parties suppliers Once installation is completed offering customers a service contract The Candidate:

Strong administration and customer experience essential Similiar experience to spec with strong attention to detail Strong IT skills Capable of working in a fast paced environment Call Anna at Executive Edge
