As an Operations Administrator, you will be part of a highly customer-oriented team that is responsible for all aspects of life policy administration from new business input to investment administration and claims processing to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will provide excellent customer care to clients predominantly from our Swedish client base. You will also contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues. By collaborating and networking with other internal teams in Business and IT, you'll also have room to explore other business areas and grow your skills further.
