As a CO+I EPC Integrated Planner for AI Lease, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

Come and join us in CO+I and be at the forefront of the action!QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Deep experience in planning/scheduling utilizing scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)Extensive years of experience in design and construction project management.Extensive years of experience in planning medium sized capital projects ($50MM - $200MM+) in construction, oil, gas or chemicals (or related process industry).Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.Demonstrated skills in project planning software, such as Primavera P6 and/or MS ProjectStrong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodologyAbility to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigationsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred:Experience in Datacenter design and construction.Deep knowledge of Primavera P6 and other schedule health analysis toolsStrong experience with Risk Schedule AnalysisAbility to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience.#COICareers#EPCCCareersMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in datacenter design, procurement, and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.

PlanningDevelop and oversee continuous improvement of detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects.Manage cross-functional teams inside and outside Microsoft, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Project ManagementProactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time.Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.#LI-DNI
