Intellectual Property Solicitor (Associate), Dublin (NQ - 3 PQE) An Intellectual Property Solicitor is sought by the Dublin office of a leading international law firm.

Our client is looking to hear from lawyers with NQ -3 years' post qualification experience and a background handling contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Our client will also consider Trainee Solicitors due to qualify in late 2025/early 2025 who have gained IP experience, from a well-regarded IP team.

You will be advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to all IP rights, trademarks, patents, copyright and database rights, confidential information and data privacy. The team advises on IP protection, enforcement, strategic management, valuation and monetisation of IP portfolios.

The team has an enviable client base covering a range of sectors including TMT, automotive, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and retail.
