Interim Chief Director of Nursing and Midwifery, University Limerick Hospitals Group. This campaign is confined to staff employed in ULHG and St John's Hospital, Limerick.

The current vacancy is specific purpose and whole-time. 

Purpose of the Role The Chief Director of Nursing and Midwifery contributes to the corporate management agenda of the University Limerick Group of Hospitals by providing strong strategic, professional and clinical leadership for all aspects of nursing, midwifery and support staff within the Group.
The post holder will demonstrate care, compassion and respect for patients receiving care and for staff delivering care across the hospital group.
The focus of the role is on improving the patient experience and quality of care, while delivering to agreed Key Performance Indicators and establishing a performance culture.

The Chief Director of Nursing and Midwifery is a member of the Group's corporate management team and will have a key role in creating an atmosphere and culture where excellence can flourish with strong multidisciplinary collaboration across the Group.
