About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the support function of Davy Select for an Intermediary Support Senior Associate.
In the role, the successful candidate will:
Ensure Brokers requirements are understood and met in terms of turnaround and accuracy and that Brokers are consistently provided with excellent customer service;Manage the opening of new accounts and account queries;Liaise with internal teams within Davy Operations;Update broker and client pipelines and Management Information;Provide general administrative support to the Davy Select Account Managers;Actively seek to add value to processes by introducing improvements based upon Broker & Client feedback;Develop a thorough working knowledge of pension and investments and the appropriate product knowledge;Train & mentor junior team members;Involvement in ad hoc projects & business development as required;Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.About you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
A Business/Finance degree or equivalent;QFA qualification and willingness to sit the CFP;Experience and knowledge of settlements and operations;A proven record in reconciliation and control;Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;Good numeric skills;Customer service focused with a record of providing excellent customer service;Accuracy and attention to detail;Excellent organisational skills;Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;A positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm;Strong attention to detail.What we offer We offer a range of benefits and experiences to support your professional and personal growth, whatever your career stage.
