Job DescriptionOur client is a main buildings contractor working on a wide variety of projects in the commercial, healthcare and educational sectors.You will be working on a refurbishment of an existing building into an aparthotel within Dublin city centre.

An intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required with experience working on Dublin centre projects and have strong knowledge of Irish regulations.RequirementsDegree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying or similarCa4+ years experience working with main contractorsAbility to QS / Price projects / deal with interim payments / valuations / negotiation with sub contractors / agree final accountsKnowledge of varying Irish Forms of Contracts and Contract Procedures and Protocol Competent in all forms of surveying packages, Microsoft Excel, Buildsoft - Cubit an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills dealing with design team / client/ meetings etc.Previous experience working on high quality medium - large-scale public and private contracts in various sectors Industrial / Health / Pharma / Commercial / Education.PackageSalary €55K-€70K with excellent company benefits and a strong order book.Permanent staff role with great career prospects
