What you'll do As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for a set of partners in a named country/region, working to drive significant revenue for the region and be accountable for exceeding your quarterly revenue quota through net new business, as well as from existing customer upsells. You may work with other members of the partner team who support certain regions/countries. You will also be responsible for aiding your managed partners in driving pipeline generation programs and executing GTM activities and helping your partner reps resell Docusign. You will be a team player and have experience working with partners, you will have an understanding of channel dynamics.
This position is an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the VP, International Alliances and Partner Development.
Responsibilities Drive relationships with partners in a selected region/country to generate significant resell revenue in the region through new customer acquisition and existing customers upsell.Develop GTM plans with managed partners to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Execute GTM activities and lead cross-functional teams on activities such as onsite training, email campaigns, remote training sessions, webinars, and events.Generate resell revenue and assist partner sales teams to close deals.Manage pipeline generation and revenue forecast reporting.Leverage existing relationships with partners to influence decision makers, increase mindshare, and accelerate engagement from partners.Assist partners with product positioning, configuration, demonstrations, sales strategy and closing deals.Forge strong internal Docusign relationships with key managers and stakeholder support organizations in a dynamic and growing environment to ensure the right people are connected at the right time.Work on the operational aspect of partners' relationships such as forecasting, opportunity registrations, ensuring the Docusign sales team are aligned with the partner sales representatives.Recruit new partners, enable existing partners, and build GTM plans with partners across in your region/country. Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring Basic 2+ years of channel or direct sales experience in a Channel Account Manager role or a quota-carrying equivalent role.Strong focus on tactical execution.Hardworking initiative with a strong go-getter work attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.Team player who can collaborate across the org with various departments.Some travel may be required depending on territory/region coverage.Preferred 2+ years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably in a Sales, Business Development or Marketing role.
