Summary:

Our client, a biopharmaceutical company located in North Dublin, is seeking an Internal Comms Manager. The successful candidate will involve working across a wide variety of internal communications projects, providing an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and all business areas to deliver clear and effective communications. This is a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities: Management of the internal communications plan, monitoring progress and resources. Grow the awareness of the Operations team, ensuring consistent engaging messaging across all platforms. Create a range of proactive and reactive communication materials using internal comms channels that align to the comms plan, and priorities for the business. Gather case studies, and capture employee and team 'wins', to shine a light on best practice. Support Employee Resource Groups with employee engagement advice and materials that support a culture of inclusivity. Represent the function in internal meetings. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in life science/ R&D / communications or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of internal communications experience. Understanding of mixed media channels and delivering content for them. Manufacturing or R&D site experience.
