We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Executive.
This dynamic role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Global Marketing Communications and is pivotal in executing Vitalograph's internal communication and information-sharing strategy.
As the Internal Communications Executive, you will be at the heart of our internal communications, ensuring seamless and engaging information flow within the organisation.
You will create a vibrant internal community, fostering a sense of connection, involvement, and engagement among all Vitalograph team members.
Key Responsibilities: Implement Global Strategy: Drive the successful implementation of our global internal communications strategy.
Employee Resource Group: Support and continually enable an Employee Resource Group focused on enhancing internal communication.
Digital Infrastructure: Oversee the rollout and maintenance of essential communication tools like the Internal Communications Playbook and Digital Bulletin Boards.
Content Creation: Develop and manage a digital content calendar that aligns with our internal communication goals.
Brand Promotion: Curate and create compelling content to enhance and promote the Vitalograph employer brand.
Campaign Analysis: Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving internal communication processes and develop new strategies.
Execution Support: Assist in executing internal digital and in-person marketing communications for swift execution and maximum reach.
Channel Management: Manage key internal communication channels, including Digital Bulletin Boards, the Company Intranet, and the 'At Vitalograph' Blog.
Skills & Attributes: Strategic & Hands-On: Combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
Proactive Communicator: Manage multiple priorities and deliver compelling presentations based on data-driven insights.
Content Creation: Craft engaging content for internal communications.
Independent & Deadline-Oriented: Work independently and progress projects efficiently.
Innovative: Enjoy designing and implementing innovative processes.
Multi-Project Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
Complex Project Handling: Tackle unstructured or early-stage projects and lead them to completion.

Organised & Communicative: Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience: 4+ years in a marketing role.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Recognized third-level marketing qualification.
Previous commercial marketing experience.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is highly advantageous.
