Marketing Manager Our client, is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to take the lead in their marketing initiatives and help drive brand growth.
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
You will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, optimising SEO efforts, and overseeing social media content creation to increase our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted marketing strategies to boost brand engagement and lead generation.
Align marketing campaigns with the company's growth objectives and collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
2.
Digital Marketing & SEO: Manage SEO strategies to increase traffic and improve organic search rankings.
Oversee paid campaigns (Google AdWords, social media ads) to ensure high ROI and effective budget management.
Analyse performance metrics to enhance digital marketing outcomes.
3.
Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of engaging content including blogs, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and strengthens brand identity.
4.
Social Media & Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Design impactful social media campaigns to drive traffic, brand engagement, and leads.
5.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve strategies.
6.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Manage external relationships with agencies and partners for specialised support.
7.
CRM & Stakeholder Management: Oversee CRM strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Manage key stakeholder relationships to maximise brand exposure.
8.
Marketing Operations & Project Management: Ensure smooth execution of marketing projects by managing resources and meeting deadlines.
Continuously improve marketing processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in renewable energy, tech, or consumer sectors.
Expertise in SEO, Google AdWords, social media management, and content creation.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector or tech ecosystems is a plus.
