Role Title Internal Readiness Analyst
Position Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Internal Readiness Analyst. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the funds industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
In the position of internal readiness, the successful candidate will play a crucial role and be responsible for the internal readiness activities within the area of Clearstream Fund Services (CFS).
This position along with the management team will be responsible for ensuring Operations and other impacted business areas are ready in time to understand the new functionalities that will be introduced with project deliverables, understand the impacts on their daily operations and end-to-end processes, and be able to operate the new product and systems features in an integrated manner.
CFS Internal Readiness is led and initiated by the CFS Change Management & Implementation team. The appointed person will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing specific activities including but not limited to the below:
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs & IT Developers to understand business requirements. Analysis of SRA (System Requirements) and/or JIRA stories for upcoming IT releases. Assessment for the creation/update of Internal Business Operational Procedures, Contingency Action Plans, and Inter Unit Service Level Agreements. Assessment, Preparation, and delivery of the appropriate training needs for the impacted business units. Ensure the creation and update of internal operational procedures are performed by the business owner prior to an implementation. Ensure the creation and circulation of the Internal Release Notes. Support Business Units during the Implementation and Post-Implementation phases of the deployed release.Summary of Key Competencies required for the position High level of organization. An understanding of the funds industry. Excellent analytical skills and care for detail. Good organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and willingness to build networks.
