Taxback is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be part of a team that plans, sets up and manages digital performance and organic marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand's online organic social presence, expanding marketing communication channels, looking for new opportunities, and assisting with performance campaign content & creative creation.
Key ResponsibilitiesManagement and monitoring of our social channels, including content production, partner engagement and customer support.Management and monitoring of brand's online and social presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and forums.Manage social partnerships, including collaborations with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and partners, to expand reach, enhance credibility, and drive engagement.Monitor all social media interaction between customers and the company and maintain excellence in customer service experience.Oversee day-to-day management of organic campaigns and ensure consistency in brand aesthetic and tone of voice.Monitor the competitive landscape to identify trends, new channels, and opportunities to engage new audiences.Support business development by highlighting partnerships, showcasing events, and promoting activities attended or hosted by them, or high-stake partners.Work closely with the Content, SEO, and Partner Marketing teams to create and execute social media strategy needs.Work with the Design and Video Teams to create branded content for social, including high-quality video content like reels, stories, live streams, and short-form videos.Work with the PPC team on ad assets.Present regular reports on the effectiveness of social growth and campaign performance.Develop and manage content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, email campaigns, business news, and updates, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and platform-specific optimization.Encourage and implement employee advocacy initiatives to amplify the brand across social channels, particularly by highlighting personal successes, business events, updates, and key wins.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 3 years of work experience in social media management.Proven SEM experience managing campaigns via Google, Facebook, Bing, and ad networks.Creative with experience using tools like Canva and Photoshop.Attention to detail, ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.Strong analytical, project management, and time management skills.Professional Skills & QualificationsGoogle Ads certificates will be considered a strong advantage.Google Analytics certificate is an advantage.Knowledge of Google Analytics and website analysis.Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a "makes things happen" mentality.Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and ideas.BS/BA degree preferred.
