Internal Sales Executive

Are you interested in joining a fast-growing packaging and machinery company? NPP Ireland has an opening for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a busy commercial unit providing support to customers and the sales team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced internal sales support professional who is completely at ease on the phone talking to customers.
You will be someone who is organised, proactive, with great attention to detail and motivated to learn about the wide range of products and services NPP offers.
The offices of NPP are based in Coldwinters, Dublin 11. Parking is available. Hybrid working is available on successful completion of probation.
ResponsibilitiesHandle customer account enquiries, taking and placing new ordersCall a list of customers, selling products over the phoneIdentify opportunities for product specialistsPrepare quotes for customersClose out open sales ordersProcess sales orders on SAPIdentify new sales opportunitiesAttend monthly sales meetingsManage stock to ensure adequate supplyCommunicate stock holding updates to customersManage and resolve customer complaintsPerform general administrationLiaise with internal colleagues: Accounts, Transport, WarehouseSkills / AttributesAdaptableClient focusedSelf-motivatedKnowledge of Microsoft systems and other systemsTeam playerFocusedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailFor further details or to apply for this position, please email: ******
