Are you our next International Payroll Manager?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Grade: Manager Contract type: Permanent A snapshot of your peer group: Tax Qualification or payroll certificationExcellent knowledge of employee taxes and the ability to understand their implications when working in different jurisdictions.Shadow payroll experience on Irish and UK payrolls.Minimum 5 years of payroll experience under HMRC, Irish Revenue and other international countries.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, internal teams, and third-party payroll providers.Your responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely processing of international payrolls, including shadow payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.Stay updated with global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdiction.Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy across international payrolls.Provide guidance and support to HR, finance, and tax teams regarding payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.Ability to adapt to changing payroll requirements across different countries and regions.Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each country.Manage and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.Partner with benefits and HR teams to implement new programs and processes.Prepare and maintain international payroll process documentation.Your team: You will be joining a finance team of 30 people and reporting to a director in the team.
