Ambition are supporting an elite global law firm with their recruitment for an experienced International Tax Manager.
The International Tax Manager is a key member of the International Tax Team, responsible for overseeing the firm's tax risk, policies, and global tax compliance.

Key responsibilities will include; Develop a detailed understanding of tax systems in the firm's operating territories.
Manage tax compliance, including supporting local CFOs with tax filings and managing information requests.
Conduct year-end work, including non-UK tax reserve calculations and tax equalisation.
Reconcile partners' non-UK tax reserves.
Review ad hoc tax filings in non-operating territories and advise on potential exposures.
Prepare UK Double Taxation Relief calculations for UK resident partners.
Manage withholding tax exposures related to client transactions and interoffice balance settlements.
Provide tax advice on mobility issues for individuals working overseas.
Perform ad-hoc tax advisory work as needed.
Continuously review and improve existing processes.
Manage junior team members in London and Belfast.
Qualifications and Skills: Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills.
Effective communication of complex tax and accounting issues to non-specialists.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of international tax issues affecting professional partnerships.
Strong numeric skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
Relevant accounting or tax qualification.
Experience in personal or corporate tax at the manager level.
