DescriptionWe are hiring at Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio (NASDAQ:PKOH), which specializes in supplier selection and management, planning, implementing, and managing the physical flow of product for world-class international manufacturing companies.
The ICQA Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and quality assurance at the local level.
Responsibilities include process and inventory audits, identification of quality errors, researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, and PO receipt quantity reconciliation.
This role serves as a liaison between Operations and Quality departments.
Responsibilities:Process Audits: Auditing the cycle count process to ensure accuracy between the Supply Technologies operating system (Supply Tech OS) and physical inventory.Inventory Audits:Research discrepancies identified during warehouse processes.Review reports to identify problems requiring further research.Collaborate with warehouse personnel to address discrepancies.Quality Errors:Track errors/deviations identified during audits.Review quality errors for trends that require management attention.Generate reports to advise management on quality errors.Store Tasks and Audit Reports:Monitor reports to confirm progress and ensure target levels are maintained.Advise appropriate personnel on unresolved issues.Maintenance Tasks:Maintain records of tasks to ensure inventory accuracy.Accurately maintain the Supply Tech OS for all shipments.Multi-Site / Regional Coverage:Primary responsibilities at a defined location with regional coverage as necessary.Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.Must Haves:High school degree / GED.Valid Driver's License with a clean record.Ability to travel up to 15% (infrequently).Must have a passport or the ability to acquire one.Proficient in verbal and written English.Minimum four years of experience in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment; experience in the fastener industry is preferred.Experience operating a forklift, order picker, and reach truck is required.Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds repeatedly throughout the day.Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods.Experience in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 and other spreadsheet programs.Ability to problem-solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks.WE Value:Analytical SkillsProblem SolvingOrganizationAttention to DetailCommunicationTeamworkOUR Team Members:Do The Right Thing: Honest and ethical behavior; treat others respectfully; high integrity.
