Job Description The main purpose of the Inventory Controller is the responsibility of inventory of the operational consumables and ensure this is maintained at the required level, including both our Laboratory reagents and non-operational consumables.
Performing full monthly stock takes, full year end stock takes and inventory cycle counts on regular basis.
Raising purchase requests, and receiving all incoming deliveries, scanning into the purchasing system and store in the designated area, based on the temperature requirements, FIFO method and LOT numbers. Liaising with suppliers regarding the order processing and delivery status.
Monitoring and following up on the outstanding orders, and unreceipted Purchase Orders (PO).
Assist operations with the Standing Order (SO) planning and liaise with supplier to set up the standing orders.
Qualifications Education Leaving Certificate or equivalent Experience 2 - 3 Years' experience in a similar role, stock related.
An alternative combination of experience, education, and training determined by management to be equivalent to the foregoing. Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
Required Licences Full Clean Valid Driving Licence Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
